New BHS Registration Information
Please review the following information before proceeding to the sign up section
- BHS
will no longer make seminar placements on a first come, first served
basis, but has instituted an "enrollment deadline" of January 8, 2010.
The enrollment deadline has been designed to create a fair allocation
of class assignments for all current and new members and will ensure
that 100% of BHS fall classes remain open for enrollment through the
Kick Off Event when group leaders present their courses and are
available to answer questions. All enrollment forms received up to and
including this date will be processed within a few days of the deadline.
- Members
are still invited to take up to three seminars per semester, and will
continue to be asked to list an alternate selection if they desire.
Please list your seminars in order of preference.
- All
enrollment forms will be processed immediately after the enrollment
deadline, and members will be notified of their spring class schedules
along with pertinent logistical information within a few days of the
deadline by email (or by mail upon request). The vast majority of
classes will begin in early February.
- Everyone
meeting the enrollment deadline will receive their first or second
choice of classes (and in most cases, both choices). If there is over
enrollment in a particular class, selection will be determined by
lottery (which will also be used for waitlists).
- Any member not meeting the enrollment deadline will be given course selections based on availability
